    1) Create multiple profiles:
A profile is a specifically named set of questions. An example of this would be setting up 5 questions that have to do with a clients name address and phone number. You might call this Information About yourself. Then you might create a profile named Did you like our Product? with specific questions related to this topic. Once you have created a profile with questions you can select it to be required or not required to be answered prior to access to the content is allowed.

    2) E-mail responses and/or download the responses:
You will have 2 options regarding how you view your clients responses to your questions. You can have the system e-mail you each response directly and/or you can download the responses in a CSV format.

Step by Step View - What your Client will view during the purchase process:

1st: If a person has never used the system before they will need to register by selecting a Username and Password. This will enable them to view the content from any computer they want. This is only required the first time a customer accesses content.

2nd: They will now view their shopping cart. They can add or remove any item from the cart in preparation for purchase. When ready they would click on the Purchase button which will take them to the processor you have engaged. (i.e.: PayPal). After purchase they will gain access to the content directly as shown below. In this scenario the client has access a live event to download one clip, and stream an archived clip. This shows that you can mix and match access types. If you set any questions in the registration form to 'Required' the client would be prompted to fill out the form prior to access to the content.

This is another version of the shopping cart where you can add images.

3rd: Here the client can review what they have purchased and how much viewing or listening they have left.
